The mission of Creation Sensation is to spread the good news of Jesus Christ, Creator and Savior, through the promotion of God-honoring products.  It is our desire that our products are fun and educational, promoting parent/child interaction and spiritual training in the home.  We desire to offer only products that are scientifically, historically, and Biblically accurate in every detail.  Products have been scrutinized for evolutionary content and are sold as 100% evolution-free unless otherwise noted in the descriptions.  It is our desire to serve our customers as we also serve our Savior.

To Place an Order:

Select an item by clicking on the "BUY NOW" button.  The item will be added to your shopping cart. To continue shopping use your browser's "BACK" button. When you are ready to complete the order, click the "SECURE CHECKOUT" button on the shopping cart. You will be asked for an email address, and additional billing and shipping information. You will be given the choice of paying by Online Credit Card ( secure server), by Credit Card (phone), or by mail.

Choose which option you prefer then click the " PROCESS ORDER" button to complete the transaction. If you choose to pay with a credit card, you will be asked to enter your credit card information.

An invoice will be displayed and you should print it for your records.  If you have additional questions about your order, please refer to the order by invoice number.

Shipping Information:

All merchandise is shipped from Benton, Arkansas, USA, zip code - 72015.

Generally, parcels are shipped by the least expensive shipping method.  This policy enables us to keep our shipping and handling charges very low.   Books and videos are shipped via USPS Media Mail.  Other items are shipped either by USPS Parcel Post, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground (most items over 10 lbs.) depending upon the weight of the item.  Upgrades for faster shipping methods (Express, 2nd Day, etc.) will be charged an additional shipping fee.  If you have specific concerns about the shipping method of your order, please email your question along with your zip code.

Shipping insurance is extra.  If you want your package insured, please email for additional instructions.

Shipping Charges are calculated by adding $4.95 to 7% of the order total.  For example, if you order totals $20, the total shipping charge would be $4.95 + $1.40 (7% of $20) = $6.35 total shipping and handling.

We ship only within the continental USA unless special arrangements have been made.  If you live outside the United States, please contact us before ordering. 

Returns/Refunds

If you receive an order that has been damaged or is incomplete, please contact Creation Sensation and the shipping service immediately. Please do not return any item without contacting us first.

Refunds for non-damaged items will be granted for the purchase price of the item, less postage, for seven days after customer receives item. There is also a 20% restocking fee on returned items. Items must be returned in original packing and in resaleable condition. Please contact Creation Sensation for an RMA before returning any item. No refunds will be given after seven days.
