Trees have been important to man from the very beginning of creation. God told Adam and Eve to eat from fruit trees in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 1:29). The Bible mentions many different kinds of trees. See if you can find
twenty different kinds of
trees in this puzzle.

Genesis 1:29
Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.

Matthew 24:32
"Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know
that summer is near."

Ezekiel 17:23
On the mountain heights of Israel I will plant it; it will produce branches and bear fruit and become a splendid
cedar. Birds of every kind will nest in it; they will find shelter in the shade of its branches.

Deuteronomy 20:19
When you lay siege to a
city for a long time,
fighting against it to
capture it, do not destroy its trees by putting an ax to them, because you can eat their fruit. Do not cut
them down. Are the trees of the field people, that you should besiege them?

God appointed that trees
should mark the changing of
the seasons (Matthew 24:32)
and provide shelter to
animals (Ezekiel 17:23).

God knew that trees were so
important to the health and
life of mankind, that He told
His people not to cut down
even the trees of the enemy
(Deuteronomy 20:19).
